Our team at Good Natural Life, LLC is dedicated to shipping and delivering your purchase as quickly and economically as possible. Our website offers different types of shipping depending on the order and the cost is calculated according to the product. If your products are being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, you may incur additional shipping charges depending on the weight of the package. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours before leaving our warehouse for shipment.

If you select a shipping option that does not clearly specify "duties and taxes included" on the checkout page, Good Natural Life, LLC is not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees.

Duties and taxes will have to be paid by the customer to their local Customs / Broker office.

Good Natural LIfe LLC is not responsible for products that may be prohibited in your country or have special requirements to clear customs.

We ask that you contact your local Customs Office to verify if the products and sizes you purchase can be cleared through customs without special import permits or requirements.

If for any reason the package is refused by you or your country, any shipping costs or fees imposed by the carrier will be refunded to you. If for any reason the package is refused by you or your country, any shipping costs or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order will be deducted from your refund.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Delivery time:

USPS First Class International shipping may take up to 4-5 weeks.

USPS International Priority shipping may take 2-3 weeks.

*International shipping normally takes 7-21 business days. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.

Air Shipment will take transit time of up to 4-5 days, depending on your shipping selection and location. This does not account for customs processing time.
